Granite Landings LLC is a Nevada corporation founded in response to overwhelming demand for the principals engagement with foreign startups wishing to successfully enter US markets beginning with deep research, analysis, guidance and honest determination of market viability. GL principals and their extended network dive in to each engaged company’s strategy, challenging each and every step to assure product/market fit, competitive capabilities, ID early-phase partners and customers. The GL “deep dive” then establishes longer-term relationship to help with temporary US management, trade show strategy and direct support/attendance. The GL team is “hands-on” we assist the founders because we are founders. We understand the travails of the startup journey, as we’ve been there. So have our select partners, many of whom are world-renowned for their work with startups. The GL extended family is honored to look at your startup(s).
The foundations for Granite Landings LLC began over 20 years ago when 1 of the principals (having 3 successful exits) began to assist founders and startups by writing their business plans and strategic marketing docs on behalf of investment and partnership opportunities. With traction, this led to philanthropic mentoring of founders across the US. In 2011, 501c3 non-profit was formed to give back to Nevada and create more entrepreneurial traction inside the Northern Nevada tech & business community. In the 12 years of hosting founders from Nevada and around the world (through strategic alliances with the Nevada Governors Office, Northern Nevada International Center, the University of Nevada Reno, and University of Nevada Las Vegas, respectively, there have been dozens of successful business launches. The non-profit is focused on Nevada founders, so a new vehicle was necessary.
The proven programs developed by the principals over the last 20 years of mentoring startups have garnered successful market launches, customer & market acquisition , investment meetings, and sustainability strategies. These programs include the award-winning “roundtable sessions” culmination with the founder’s “Marching Orders”, the intensive “Share Your Challenges” sessions, the international “assimilation sessions” etc.
What We Do
Granite Landings was formed to manage the growing pipeline of foreign tech startups trying to break into US markets. The principals have created unique, yet cohesive, programs to assist startups in the research, analysis, and assimilation into US markets. There are proven methods validated by the founders needed to create certain traction. GL Founders and partners have built and supported numerous Nevada-based companies. GL Principals have been working with foreign startup markets fo more than 10 years. Our localized experience coupled with efforts to provide soft landings for international firms looking to expand to US markets gives us a unique insight into market penetration and sustainability. The client feedback for our programs has been reported at 96% approval rate.
Granite Landings has now taken all of the years of experience helping Nevada-based startups, the feedback from the international programs and all of the successful case studies to build an international pipeline for startups and founders to test the US markets. This program also creates assistance for university students to be a part of a real US startup to lead the US market penetration of the foreign entities. The principals have assisted startups in 33 countries around the world primarily in Africa, Europe and South America.
